Hello there, my name is Alethea (pronounced as eh-lee-tee-ah) and I'm a UX Designer based in sunny Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. My affinity towards UX first started in 2018 when I was working in a tech start-up as a Key Account Executive servicing clients. However, I believe my interest in understanding human behaviour stemmed from a very young age.
Interacting extensively with clients, I found joy in comprehending their issues and creating solutions to ease their challenges. Yet, I felt a gap in how these solutions visually manifested, sparking my interest in design. An opportunity to design a segment of our platform on Figma ignited my design passion, prompting me to pursue courses and a bootcamp that ultimately led to my role as a UX Strategist/Designer.
In my current position at admiral digital, I not only address user pain points, but also prioritize aligning user and business objectives. I bring experience in guiding UI designers and developers, successfully managing diverse projects from inception to completion. Additionally, I've taken the lead in integrated initiatives spanning performance marketing, SEO, content, and creative realms.
